Dandelions is a small neighboorhood cafe committed to providing our community with fresh, healthy, and gluten free foods. Breakfast and lunch menu items are made fresh-to-order using locally sourced ingredients. We serve eggs, omelets, waffles, french toast, breakfast & lunch sandwiches, artisan pizzas, soups, salads, quiches, and other daily and weekly specials. Dandelions is owned by local Evergreen Colorado residents, Janet and John Mullan, who strive to maintain a family friendly atmosphere.


Executive Chef, John Mullan, received his culinary degree from Kendall College in Chicago. He has a broad range of culinary experience, including restaurant, mobile food vending, and catering, and is the creative influence behind Dandelion's menu and unique dishes. He ensures that our made from scratch dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented.


From a very young age, John enjoyed cooking and creating home-cooked meals that brought family and friends together. John's inspiration to create healthy and gluten free dishes comes from personal experience. His wife was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when he first embarked on the journey to develop a variety of delicious gluten free recipes. As a New Jersey native, many of John's culinary creations are influenced by east coast cusine, including his popular Jersey Egg Sandwich.
